The product delivered does not match the agreed specification.

To request a refund:

Provide detailed documentation or evidence of the issue.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Note: No refunds are provided for service fees already utilized or if the delay/issue is due to force majeure or client-side errors.
