At AgentX, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our B2B sourcing and export services, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered does not match the agreed specification.

  • There is a verified logistics or quality issue attributable to our team or suppliers.

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Provide detailed documentation or evidence of the issue.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Note: No refunds are provided for service fees already utilized or if the delay/issue is due to force majeure or client-side errors.
